On 15/07/2010 I called Chris Marshall to enquire about a certain piano and paid $500 deposit by credit card.
The next day, I inspected the piano and payed the balance of $14,000 by cheque, which was cashed that day. The total cost was $14.500, of which $700 was for the cost of delivering the new piano and moving my existing piano.
Two months later (16/09/2010), I still do not have my piano.
I am not having a musical day.
Update I was eventually able to get the piano delivered. This involved negotiations with the wholesaler. I also had to make my own arrangements for delivery of the piano. As yet, Chris Marshall has not re-imbursed me the $700 dollars for delivery that I paid in July. I have asked him several times to pay me back.
